Delivery & Returns
Purchases are delivered using various
shippers according to the delivery address and some orders will require a
signature upon delivery. Usually WE SHIP BY Canada post or UPS.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your order
via email.
We will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has
left our warehouse.
Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as
working days.
If you are not entirely satisfied with
your purchase, please contact us by email and let us know the reason for the return and get a return authorization. The garment has to be returned in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached within 14 days of the date
shown on your dispatch note. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
Exchanges are not available.
If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will normally be made within 14 working days of receipt. If you have not received a refund after 14 working days please contact our Customer Services Department at info@linenitalia.com
